  • DGN Marketing Services Ltd (“DGN”) believes that privacy is critical for the maintenance and growth of its customer and supplier relationships. Our business as a service provider requires that we ensure all information supplied to us is used in a manner that is consistent with the purpose for which it is supplied.

By entering into a service agreement with us a customer either expresses or implies that we use their company or personal information for the purpose of fulfilling their orders and other activities that have been contracted to DGN.

DGN collects some personal information for the purpose of fulfilling customer orders.

All information necessary for the fulfilment of orders are contained in electronic and/or hard copy files and is accessible only by authorised individuals. Personal information retained includes but is not limited to: name, address, telephone number, email.

DGN does not retain any personal financial information.

DGN does not share mailing lists or any customer information with third parties, except to those contracted to provide a service, and only when such information is necessary to fulfil a part of the service agreement with our customer.

  • DGN is committed to waste reduction and environmental responsibility in all areas.

With printing, FSC-certified papers are used wherever possible. Almost 90% of the fibre in the corrugated shipping containers used are from recycled used boxes and/or chips, shavings and saw dust from logging and wood processing. Most corrugate for displays is manufactured in plants that have been registered to Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI).

Corrugate and pallet-wrap is bundled and compacted on-site for recycling. Plastics and metals are segregated for separate disposal or recycling. DGN endeavours to dispose of items in the most environmentally responsible manner, and ensures that all disposal methods meet the environmental legislation prevailing in the area of disposal.

Carbon reduction initiatives are in place, and measured on an ongoing basis. Targets incorporate renewable energy and other opportunities in conjunction with client programs.

  • DGN has a long-standing tradition of supporting worthy causes across diverse areas of need. This has included local initiatives (i.e. urban tree planting, under-housed assistance), national programs (scholarship funds) and global initiatives (i.e. polio eradication).

Staff have had a hands-on role with various charitable organizations, ranging from fundraising, service projects and board membership.
